We specialise in house extensions whilst also collaborating with clients to design internal alterations, attic conversions or whatever they seek to have done. Our professional team will assist in problem-solving to help you make your dream home a reality.
Measured Surveys

An early-stage project consultation will be offered free of charge. Thereafter, we will carry out measured surveys. Every visit will be done personally by a member of our team. Design proposals will then be produced for your consideration.
Environmental & Safety Advice

We understand our responsibility to consider environmental and safety matters in every building design. Allow us to take the burden away from you as homeowners and find the most practical solution which will comply with current building regulations.
Production of CAD Drawings

We supply 2D & 3D CAD and general arrangement concept-to-detail drawings. These plans are always drafted to a high standard and to your personal requirements.
Building Contract Admin

Our team will take care of all the paperwork and applications with the council. We can also recommend a good network of structural engineers to assist with any requirements that are specific to the project.
Liasing with Clients

We are available morning, afternoon and evening to discuss ideas or the progress of the project over a phone call. Our designer prides herself on regular clear communication between herself and our clients.
